Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paige ("Paige", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website at paigebuddy.com, the Telegram bot, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). Paige is operated by Sarge's Solutions, registered in Singapore.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Description of Service

Paige is an AI-powered personal assistant that integrates with your Google Calendar and Telegram to help you manage your schedule. The Service enables you to:

  • Query your calendar and check availability using natural language
  • Create, modify, and delete calendar events
  • Receive daily briefings and event reminders
  • Allow others (guests) to check your availability and request meetings
  • Forward images and screenshots for the assistant to interpret

4. Google Calendar Integration

The Service requires access to your Google Calendar. By connecting your Google account, you authorise Paige to read, create, modify, and delete calendar events and to check your availability, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time through the Paige dashboard or your Google Account settings.

Paige's use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the Service's calendar features and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Telegram Bot

The Service operates through a Telegram bot that you set up using your own Telegram Bot API token. You are responsible for keeping your bot token secure. We use your bot token solely to send and receive messages on behalf of your Paige assistant.

6. Guest Access

You may grant other Telegram users access to your Paige bot. Guests may check your availability and request meetings depending on the access level you assign. You are responsible for managing guest access and may revoke it at any time. You acknowledge that granting guest access will share your free/busy status (and, if you grant full access, event details) with those guests.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and take actions on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses are provided on an "as-is" basis and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth for critical scheduling decisions
  • You are responsible for reviewing any calendar events created or modified by the Service
  • We are not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or other consequences arising from inaccurate AI-generated responses or actions

8. Subscriptions and Payment

8.1 Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free plan with limited features and paid subscription plans with additional capabilities. Plan details and pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time.

8.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, overburden, or impair its operation
  • Share your account credentials or bot token with others in a manner that compromises security

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Sarge's Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data (calendar events, messages, and other content you provide). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SARGE'S SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR SGD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarge's Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
